The office of finance and administration is responsible for ensuring that ITS conducts its administrative and business affairs in accordance with established university policies and procedures. This includes establishing an annual budget and insuring that the allocation of financial resources is completed as defined by the goals of the organization and as directed by the CIO.
Additional responsibilities of the office include:
- Monitoring telecommunication expenses.
- Providing billing for price-based services, not covered by the technology connection charge (TCC).
- Providing internal support for the procurement process.
- Processing financial transactions.
