Susan Metros
is the associate CIO for technology-enhanced learning (TEL) and associate vice provost for ITS.

The associate CIO for TEL leads three teams: educational technologies, which includes the Center for Scholarly Technology; learning environments; and web services. The associate CIO supports strategic initiatives to advance faculty use of new and emerging technologies, student multimedia literacy, and the university’s online learning partnerships and programs.

The associate CIO for technology-enhanced learning (TEL) and associate vice provost for ITS is a member of the CIO cabinet and oversees the following ITS departments:
